CANCELATIONS
We require at least 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked services to your saved card, Please note this 48hr cancellation policy is still applies in the event of illness.
NO SHOW AND ON THE DAY CANCELATIONS
Where you have failed to attend your appointment for any reason whatsoever illness included, you will be charged for 100% of your booked services to your saved card.
RUNNING LATE
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment eesome reserves the right to denied and charge for your appointment as running on time is detrimental to the success of our business
